Terms and Conditions

• • The application is provided for use by horse trainers and horse owners in relation to stable management, horse training, tasks, invoices, medication records, and owner observation.
• • Trainers must register and obtain our approval before using the application.
• • Trainers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity under their account.
• • Users must use the application only for lawful, professional purposes related to horse/stable management. Any illegal, offensive, misleading or inappropriate content is prohibited.
• • You must not attempt unauthorized access, alteration, disruption, reverse engineering or misuse of the application’s systems.
• • All personal data and other information entered is treated as confidential. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
• • Under Bahrain’s PDPL, personal data must be processed lawfully, for specified purposes, and with transparency.
• • By using the application you consent to our collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and as consistent with Bahraini law.
• • Trainers are responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper rights/consent before entering data about horse owners or other third-parties.
• • Your uploaded data remains your property; we may store, back up, process and display it to provide the service.
• • The application interface, software, design, logo, and any proprietary material belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our express prior written permission.
• • You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a licence to use, store and display it for the purposes of operating the service.
• • We are not responsible for any third-party websites, links, services or content accessible via the application.
• • While we use reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from hacking, data loss, interruption, or other cyber incidents.
• • Under the PDPL, there are obligations regarding breach notification, secure data transfer (especially abroad), and rights of data subjects (e.g., access, rectification, erasure).
• • We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damage arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the service in the preceding 12 months.
• • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from your misuse of the application, breach of these Terms, or your entered content.
• • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service or we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, your access is revoked though we may retain data for legal or backup purposes.
• • We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
• • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes shall be brought before the appropriate Bahraini courts.
